What is PASE?
PASE is an event accreditation system with QR tickets. Each attendee receives a unique code, and at the door your staff scans it to validate entry instantly, see who they are, block duplicate entries and print the badge.
How does PASE prevent double entry?
Every validation is recorded atomically in the database, so even if two scanners read the same QR at the same time, only one entry goes through and the rest are flagged as duplicates. The QR is unique and non-transferable.
Do I need to install an app?
No. PASE runs in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install, no app stores involved.
Can I use my own QR scanner?
Yes. It works with the device camera or with barcode and QR scanners you already own. The validation logic is the same for both.
Can it manage zones and VIP access?
Yes. You can define zones, gates and access types (general, VIP, press, staff) with a permission matrix, so each person only enters where they are allowed to.
