Comparison
Event accreditation software in Argentina: 2026 comparison
In Argentina there are two kinds of accreditation providers: service companies that bring their own staff and equipment to the event (Data Express, AXCESS, QReventos) and platforms the organizer runs with its own team (QuickAccess, MFC Evey, Eventscase, Meetmaps, PASE). The first thing to decide is which of the two you need. We reviewed their public pages on November 3, 2026: none of the accreditation providers we looked at publishes prices except PASE (Base from USD 600, Pro from USD 1,500). Here is what each one says about itself, without embellishment and with the link so you can check it.
If you are an agency or organizer from abroad bringing an event to Argentina, you will hear the word acreditación constantly. Locally it means the whole check-in process: registering guests beforehand and letting them in at the door. This guide lists the local options so you can compare them before you ask for quotes, whether you work with SOMOS DER as your local production partner or not.
First: service with staff or platform
The underlying difference is not the technology, because almost all of them use QR codes. It is who stands at the door.
- Service with its own staff. The company sends operators, scanners, printers and sometimes self check-in kiosks. It fits when the event is large, you have no team of your own for the door or the client wants someone accountable from start to finish. It is usually quoted per event and per day.
- Platform run by the organizer. You upload the list, send the QR codes and your team scans. It fits when you produce often, already have people for the door or want the data to stay in your account. Some platforms add operators as an extra.
PASE is in the second group, with operators and on-site support included from the Pro plan.
The table
Data taken from each company's website on November 3, 2026. Where it says "not published" it is because we did not find it on their site, not because they do not have it: ask when you request a quote. On your phone, swipe the table sideways to see all four columns.

The ones that bring their own staff
Data Express says it has worked since 1992 with trained, uniformed staff for accreditation, queues, entrances and rooms, with optical scanners and ID card (DNI) reading, and offers laminated badges, wristbands, RSVP and WhatsApp messaging.
AXCESS states more than 30 years and more than 3,500 accredited events. It issues the badge or wristband on the spot, has self check-in kiosks with QR or DNI and a real-time dashboard for the producer (AX Reporter).
QReventos presents itself as a technology company rather than an accreditation company: it has its own apps (check-in, access control, DNI reader, cashless NFC), rents equipment and lists large events in the country among its work.
If your event is large and you have no people of your own for the door, this group is the closest to what you are looking for. Ask for the quote to separate staff, equipment and days.
The platforms
MFC Evey lets you create the event on its platform or send them the data so they upload the list; it reads QR codes, barcodes and DNI, the scanner can be a phone camera and it offers a local network option without internet. It prints labels with thermal printers if you ask for it.
QuickAccess sends accreditations by email or WhatsApp, validates from an app for the staff and shows real-time tracking, capacity and peaks. It also issues certificates based on attendance.
Eventscase and Meetmaps are full event management platforms (registration, agenda, app) that include check-in with their own app. Eventscase offers per-event pricing or an unlimited license; Meetmaps shows access and capacity metrics in real time. fielddrive, based outside Argentina, specializes in kiosks that print color badges on the spot.
Where PASE fits
PASE is the accreditation system of SOMOS DER, an event production company. What sets it apart, stated with what can be checked:
- Published prices. Base from USD 600 (up to 500 attendees, one check-in point), Pro from USD 1,500 (500 to 2,000 attendees, up to 4 points, 2 operators, on-site support and badge printing), Enterprise on quote. It is on the pricing page.
- No app or equipment. Any phone or tablet with a camera scans from the browser.
- Atomic protection against double entry. If two scanners read the same QR code at once, only one person gets in. More in event access control.
- Its own published numbers. We measured how long it takes people to get in at real events: one operator lets in one person every 6 to 16 seconds (the details), and the check-in points calculator uses those rates.
- Registration in Spanish or English. The registration page and the QR email come out in Spanish or English, which helps when part of the guest list travels in.
And what PASE does not do, so you can compare properly: it does not work without internet (MFC Evey offers a local network option), it does not read ID cards (DNI), it does not use facial recognition and it does not sell tickets (that is ENTRÁ).
Five questions to ask for a quote
- Who puts the people at the door and how much does it cost per day?
- What happens if two doors read the same QR code at the same time? The answer has to be "only one gets in".
- Do I need to buy or rent scanners, or does a phone work?
- What happens if the internet goes down? Ask them for the concrete plan B.
- What report do I get at the end and in what format? Real attendance, by hour and by door, exportable.
Almost all of them use QR codes. The difference is who puts the people at the door, what happens with a repeated code and whether they tell you the price before the meeting.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an event accreditation system cost in Argentina?
Of the providers we reviewed on November 3, 2026, only PASE publishes prices: Base from USD 600 per event (up to 500 attendees), Pro from USD 1,500 (500 to 2,000 attendees, with operators and badge printing) and Enterprise on quote. The others quote case by case according to attendees, days, equipment and staff.
Should I hire a company with staff or use a platform?
If the event is large and you have no team of your own for the door, a service with staff makes sense. If you produce often or already have people, a platform costs less and the data stays in your account. PASE is a platform and adds operators and on-site support from the Pro plan.
Do I need to buy QR scanners?
It depends on the provider. Some work with their own hardware or apps; PASE and MFC Evey, for example, read the QR code with the camera of an ordinary phone.
Which one works without internet?
PASE needs a connection at each check-in point because it syncs the doors in real time. MFC Evey publishes a local network option without internet. Always ask for the plan B if the network goes down.
Try the QR door at your next event
One unique QR code per attendee, VALID / DUPLICATE / NOT AUTHORIZED on the spot, protection against double entry across doors, permissions per area and a post-event report. Quoted per event: Base from USD 600, Pro from USD 1,500, Enterprise on quote.
